This well-regarded, mid-tier firm is looking for a solicitor with around 3-5 years experience to join their employment team.
The role will see you advising employers and employees on performance management, disciplinary procedures, redundancy and restructuring processes, restraint of trade and non-solicitation issues, personal grievances, holidays, leave and pay issues. You'll also provide advice on, and assist clients with statutory compliance, drafting and interpreting employment agreements and policies. The role will also see you assisting clients with mediation and representing clients at the Employment Relations Authority and Employment Court.
The firm's flat structure means that you'll get to work directly with the Partner who is approachable and very knowledgeable. The role will be client facing and your clients will come from a range of industries as such your ability to deal with a variety of personalities will come in handy.
