As the most senior lawyer to the two litigation partners,  this role will see you take on a reasonable amount of responsibility and autonomy.  You’ll be involved in all aspects of dispute resolution including negotiation and mediation, arbitration and court action.  The team is equipped to deal with a broad range of civil and commercial litigation matters and has conducted cases in the Court of Appeal, High Court, Employment Court, Family Court,  Employment Relations Authority and various Tribunals.

They are looking for a litigation lawyer with 5-8 years’ experience who can hit the ground running.  The role will give you plenty of responsibility, autonomy, court time and access to a Partner for when you need guidance.  The litigation team also has a junior in the team and so experience in delegating work to juniors will be looked upon favourably.
