Your role would be to continue that good work with existing clients, continue to grow your own client base and take the opportunity to put your own ideas and plans into practice.  The firm provides one of the best support structures for growing your client base and it is expected that you will join as, or soon become, a director of the firm.  They have a very generous and transparent bonus structure allowing you to very quickly to see the fruits of your hard work.

Importantly for a mid-sized practice there is also a well-defined program to make sure you are well equipped and supported in your efforts.

You are likely to be a Senior Associate, Special Counsel or Partner/Director in your current firm and have solid TMT experience already with strong networks and client connections.  Good quality training and a business-focused style will be essential.
