You will work directly with the partner and senior associate to bridge the gap between them and the juniors in the team. As you would expect as a member of the property team at a leading firm you will be involved with significant clients and significant projects that help to shape and change the landscape of New Zealand, literally. They act for asset owners, investors and developers with substantial commercial property portfolios in both the private and public sectors and infrastructure providers. The range of projects keeps the role interesting and challenging and you should expect plenty of client contact.
A strong academic background is a given, but it may be that you are already at another leading firm looking for a better opportunity to progress, or with a smaller team wanting to step up. You could also be returning from overseas and looking to build on what you have learnt.
